Initiation to Synchronized Swimming

Introduction to synchronized swimming classes will allow little mermaids to discover the joys and challenges of the sport in the pool used by the national synchronized swimming team.

Recreational program designed for children aged 6 to 13.

10 lessons of 75 minutes each

Prerequisite

The swimmer must be 6 years old as of the first day of the course and have completed the Red Cross Swim Junior 4 or demonstrate the skills and knowledge of Junior 4.

In this level

Allows children to develop the basic skills needed for synchronized swimming while having fun in the water. On top of these basic skills, your child will learn how to be more comfortable in the water thanks to the swimming techniques taught in the program.

Thursday: 5:30 to 6:45 p.m.

Thursday: 6:45 to 8:00 p.m.

Locker rooms can be accessed 20 minutes before the start of the course, and non-participants do not have access to locker rooms and are not admitted pool side. However, a parent may accompany their child to the locker room before and after the course.
