If you’re going to start a training program, it’s a good idea to have your fitness level evaluated. In just 60 minutes, you can find out all about your level of fitness so you can set up a personalized training program or follow your progress. This basic evaluation includes manual calculations, body-fat percentage, strength and fitness tests, and an evaluation of cardio capacity.
