Intersession programming – June 22 to July 12

  • Registration online, on ActiveNet, from June 15 at 12 p.m.

A high-intensity interval cardio class using the Tabata method (8 x 20 seconds of effort, 10 seconds of rest).
Duration: 30 or 45 minutes
