Reformer Training

Spring 2026: April 13 to June 7

This class is inspired by Pilates on the Reformer and led by a kinesiologist. It provides a full-body workout that combines strength, control, and mobility while strengthening deep abdominal muscles. This class is designed for anyone who’s completed at least one Reformer session at the Olympic Park Sports Centre and is comfortable performing safe but more unstable movements on the Reformer (such as kneeling with torso extended, standing, or using accessories).
