This yoga discipline is an energizing, enriching experience that uses rhythmic yoga movements. Classes consist of a series of dynamic poses that are less strict than those of traditional Ashtanga. They remain playful, repetitive, and generally challenging, while performed in conjunction with your breathing. This discipline enables you to relieve tension and stress to help you manage your day-to-day life. Participants must have a good understanding of basic yoga terms and poses to participate.
