GROUP CLASSES INCLUDED WITH THE 360 PACKAGE

Your 360 package gives you access to a variety of group classes led by certified instructors. Just head to the class of your choice and show your membership card! No reservation needed.

Don’t have a membership but still want to take a class? No problem! Go to the Sports Centre welcome desk to purchase an a la carte pass. These can be bought for single use or in a booklet with 10 passes. Note that each pass gives you access to all classes on offer the day it’s used. A number of spots in the classes will also be reserved for people who wish to subscribe to a class for all 6 weeks. Rates for 6 weeks are here.

60 minute stationary bike training, which aims at sustained improvement to raise cardiovascular and muscular abilities (mainly lower body), with catchy and energetic background music. The last 15 minutes are dedicated to abdominal and flexibility training.

This yoga discipline is an energizing, enriching experience that uses rhythmic yoga movements. Classes consist of a series of dynamic poses performed in conjunction with your breathing. This discipline enables you to relieve tension and stress to help you manage your day-to-day life. Participants must have a good understanding of basic yoga terms and poses to participate.

In this class, participants train in circuits that group different TRX CrossFit exercises together in intervals. Maxfit – TRX helps to build muscle and promote cardio-vascular health.

Enhance your cardiovascular fitness at your own pace, wherever you are in your birth recovery.  This class has been adapted to include your baby, and features a variety of dynamic, non-choreographed rhythmic movements set to music. Exercises to help with post-natal rehabilitation are also included.

Your baby must be in a sling or stroller, and able to hold their head up on their own. It’s recommended that mothers wait 10-12 weeks after giving birth to participate in group classes. One baby per parent.

Work on your endurance and muscular strength with this complete circuit workout. Exercises are adapted to wherever you are in your birth recovery, and include certain exercises to help with post-natal rehabilitation. All exercises include your baby.

This outdoor course allows parents to get in shape while in their children’s presence. In the form of a training circuit, this course will allow you, as well as your child, to better improve your cardiovascular and muscle endurance while having fun together.

Duration: 45 minutes

Child requisite age: 6 to 10 years. One child per parent. Payment required for parent only. Free for the child.

Preinscription for the Winter 2022 classes’ clients (10 classes) : At the welcome desk, from Monday April 25th to Sunday May 1st.
Online inscription: Monday, May 2nd, at 7 a.m., to Tuesday, May 3rd, at 11 p.m. — Via Amilia
Onsite inscription (for any remaining spaces): Starting on May 5th, at 9 a.m. — At the welcome desk.


Fees per session

Member: $35 (plus tax)
Non-member: $48 (plus tax)

Online registration procedure

  1. Create an account on the Amilia platform. If you’ve already used Amilia in another sports centre, you can register using the same account.
  2. Enter the information pertaining to the account holder (the person responsible for receiving bills and communications from Amilia). This person MUST be an adult.
  3. Add any family members you wish to sign up to the account. You can add as many members as needed by simply clicking “Add a person.”
  4. To register for a class, click “Start a registration” or “New registration.”
  5. Select the class you’d like to register for from the list. Click on the name of the class, then “Register.” Simply click on the + next to the name of the person who will be taking the class.
  6. The class will now be added to your shopping cart. You have 30 minutes to complete the transaction and make your payment.
  7. Click “See basket” followed by “Order.”
  8. Verify all personal information, then click “Pay my order” to complete your purchase.
