- Monday to Friday: 6:30 am to 10 pm (Members only from 6:30 am to 7:30 am, and from 4 pm to 7 pm)
- Saturday and Sunday: 8 am to 6 pm
Holiday schedule
- December 22 and 23: Regular hours, 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- December 24 to 26: Sports Centre closed
- December 27 to 30: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- December 31 to January 2: Sports Centre closed
- January 3 and 4: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Starting January 5: Regular winter session hours
