The Montreal Pride Festival is the largest celebration of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities in the Francophonie! Throughout 11 days of festivities, from August 3 to 13, more than 150 events showcase the creativity and talent of over 150 artists from our communities and partners. Community Days, with a wide range of activities and the iconic Pride Parade, highlight the resilience of our communities as well as our demands. From August 9 to 13, the main site of the Montréal Pride Festival is the Olympic Park’s Esplanade, where large free outdoor shows are presented. Never without our Pride!

How to get here
Public and active transportation
- By Metro, exit at Pie-IX station (on the green line).
- Plan your trip via the STM site.
- Bike racks and BIXI stations are located around the neighbourhood.
- There will be a lot of traffic around the Olympic Park on August 11 and 13. Give yourself extra time to get there.
Car
- Parking lots are available at the Olympic Park, although places are limited.
- The Olympic Stadium will be hosting major events on August 11 and 13. If you are driving to the Stadium on those dates, be sure to reserve your parking spot now, as these are filling up. Please do not arrive by car on these dates if you have not reserved a parking spot.Reserve a parking spot – August 3 to 10

Street closures
August 11 and 13 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 AM
As part of the Montreal Pride Festival and Metallica shows, please be informed that the following streets will be closed to the traffic:
- Pierre-De Coubertin Avenue, between Pie-IX and Viau
- Pie-IX Boulevard, between Hochelaga and Sherbrooke
- Viau Street, between Hochelaga and Sherbrooke
These streets will be closed on Friday, August 11, from 9 a.m. until 3 a.m. Saturday, August 12, as well as on Sunday, August 13, from 9 a.m. until 3 a.m. Monday, August 14.
During this time, Desjardins, De la Salle, Létourneux, Bennett, Aird, Sicard, Leclaire and Théodore Streets, will be partially obstructed and only accessible to local traffic. Proof of address will be required for vehicular access to all residences.
