Refund procedure

From the Ticketmaster website

  1. Log-in to your Ticketmaster account.
  2. In the “My Account” tab, click on “My Tickets”.
  3. Click “See Details” for the event.
  4. Click on the “Contact us” rectangle at the bottom right of your page.
  5. In the conversation, write your message and mention if you want your order to be refunded in full or the number of reservations to be refunded.

From the Ticketmaster APP

  1. Log-in to your Ticketmaster account.
  2. Click on the “My Events” tab at the bottom of your page.
  3. Click on the « Help » button on the right side of your page.
  4. Click on « Existing Order ».
  5. Select your order associated with the event.
  6. In the conversation, write your message and mention if you want your order to be refunded in full or the number of reservations to be refunded.
